Other little things that stood out were: an in-room heating and cooling unit with no knobs to adjust (I requested a maintenance check and they never showed up), an uncomfortable sleeper sofa (my daughter begged to sleep with us after the first night), the tiny size of the room and beds with very worn linens, hallways that smelled obnoxiously of fruity room deoderant, an icy cold pool (a big disappointment to my sons who will swim in almost anything).
