The following issues bugged: 1) The slowest elevator I've ever been on; 2) The free breakfast included decent content (waffles, bacon & eggs are extra $), but the area is very small so be prepared to bump elbows depending on the time you show up; 3) The earliest shuttle arrived to take you to Universal an hour after the parks' opening; 4) lack of feeling that anyone is in charge which was confirmed when we went down to the front desk to check out at 6:00 AM and a bare-chested drunk guy was at the adjacent lobby bar drinking a beer and trying to flirt with the staff and anyone who walked in the lobby including my wife.
