3. The sink is located outside from the bathroom but that wasn't an issue for us either.

4. We finally found somebody who fixed the problem without an issue, but the fact that it took us over 45 minutes to fix what was clearly a non-issue was pretty ridiculous.

6. Unbelievably, the hotel manager told us that 'there has never been an issue' at this property before, which was a direct contradiction to what a detective told us upon filing the report.

7. As long as it is clean, I am happy though and I found no issues with the bed linens although one of the bath towels had a dark stain which I didn't notice until after I used it (gross).

9. The sink area was in the main room as opposed to the bathroom but for just a couple this did not represent much of an issue.

10. We had a small issue that had nothing to do with the quality of the hotel ( gave us two queen, instead of one king) and it was fixed immediately, even though she tried to tell us we were not guaranteed that room.
