1. I am guessing that the property this was before it became a Hyatt did not have a breakfast area so Hyatt did the best they could with the space that was there but it definitely is awkward and incredibly small.

3. Bathroom where toilet and shower is really tiny and it is awkward to get in and shut the door with the limited space.
