1. We had a room near the elevator and at times with kids waiting for the elevator it was a little noisy in the room, but other than that perfect stay.

5. The hotel was booked that night and I feared a first-floor room would be noisy with the pool nearby and being near the lobby but the extra loud A/C unit helped to deflect any noise.

6. Our room which was the one I requested, end unit high floor was located next to the stairwell (and noisy ice machine) and I am really happy it was because like others on here posted,the elevators are awful they were not replaced or updated when Hyatt bought this building.

9. The floor still and not been cleaned, the tub remained the way it was, and there was a big noisy fan blowing in the room.

10. My only complaints would be our room was right next to the elevator (which was EXTREMELY slow) so it was noisy most of the day, and housekeeping came very late in the day, after 4pm.
