1. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are a bit on the small-side, and we had kept having a problem with the soap/shampoo dispenser, which kept leaking into the tub and eventually fell off the wall.

8. We finally found somebody who fixed the problem without an issue, but the fact that it took us over 45 minutes to fix what was clearly a non-issue was pretty ridiculous.
