2. Usually, we stay at new hotels, and the facility is somewhat dated, but with the large room, huge flat panel TV and outstanding customer service this is where I will stay next time in Orlando.

8. When I called to redeem my certificate they told me the hotel would be under construction for the date we wanted and we would need to stay at the aiport hotel location which would accept our certificate.

10. I wonder if the review I just read for the same dates is for the same hotel as we did not have the luxury of omlettes and the elevator was on the slow side.
