When we turned on the lights everywhere was nicotine stained, the kitchen tap leaked over the work surface when turned on, two divan beds were worn out and uncomfortable, the small second room was damp and had mildew around the window and two of the three televisions did not receive any channels.

7. Our suite was of a nice design and ideal for families, but very worn and dated - we had requested a non - smoking room and upon opening the door we were greeted with a foul blast of stale nicotine.
