3. Whilst I accept the complex managers are not responsible for a minority of noisy guests who had no thought for other guests, the layout of our apartment was such that the window for the master bedroom looked out onto the landing for one of the main staircases, which is simply poor design.

6. When we first booked this hotel is was getting nothing but good reviews but over the 12 months after we booked it something seemed to happen the the reviews slipped to being pretty poor comments on the hotel, so my group of myself and 2 mates went with a bit of trepidation.
