4. All in all we could not complain about this hotel at all, staff are fantastic, rooms have a quick clean each day - just remember to ask at reception for a full clean during your stay.

5. 5% of the total bill, for groups of 6 or more, we were a group of 5 adults with a 5mth old baby, who slept in buggy the whole time, and we were charged as a party of 6, I think this is really a rip off and we got no satisfaction on complaining.

7. I complained to hotel management again, wasn`t expecting a warm response but to my surprise they were very helpful and gave me room keys to 3 other suites located on different levels of the hotel and said I could pick whichever I was most comfortable with after I had looked through them.

8. Majority of staff helpful, room cleaned every 5 days - daily bed making/ towel change regulary ocurred after 4pm which seemed strange given that this is when most people return to their rooms - complaining about this didn`t help.
