1. Make no mistake this place isn't luxury, but for the money you get a suite, albeit very brown and a bit small and dated.

2. I explained the situation about the mistake with the booking, and the information provided to us both before departing and to the rep just before our arrival, but they were not interested.

3. As soon as the mistake was noticed, which was a couple of weeks prior to our departure, we queried it as we specifically required 2 beds in the spare room (which is standard at the Lake Buena Vista complex), not just one double as advertised on the web site for the International Drive complex.

4. Nothing was taken, the person entering the room clearly had entered the room by mistake using his own key.

5. It appears he had made a mistake and entered the wrong room and did not intend to do my daughter any harm but, he was able to enter the room with a key to a different room.

7. We have stayed in staybridges in Naples, FLA and loved it, so when we were going to Orlando we thought we would give Staybridge a try - Well it was the worst mistake of the holiday, we checked out after 1 night.
