1. The staff are wonderful,very friendly and helpful,the only tiny downside i had was the pull out sofa bed could do with being replaced as the matress was very thin etc but we got it sorted right away and extra padding and another matress made it a lot better for my teenage son who slept soundly every night,there is a free breakfast every morning,eggs rashers cold meats fruit pastries and of course waffle machines all good and enough choice we thought for a quick breakfast b4 we headed out.
