1. The last time we stayed i broke my wrist on the last night (no drink involved, ha ha) and the staff were great they helped me with all my luggage.

2. The shuttle service to Universal studios didn't seem to be ready to accommodate larger groups of people but we were so impressed with how quickly the staff worked to remedy the situation (shuttle bus broke down one morning) and we still made it to Universal studios with the full day ahead of us.

3. The toilets broke in both loos three times during our stay, considering we were constantly out at the parks etc ' they got little use' this was terrible.
