4. One minor issue took place with respect to the chlorine in the wading pool which resulted in itchy skin and discoloured bathing suits but all in all I would recommend this place to other families.

9. You mention that the staff didnt help you move rooms but you also said you didnt want attention in the first place??? Why should they pay for alternate accommodation when the issues you had with the room could clearly have been resolved easily had you stayed at the hotel instead of stomping off.

10. Firstly, someone's first trip to Florida and the only issues are a crease in the bed linen and a bottle top, the bathrooms are cleaned with water that's why they're wet.
