3. my only complaint is:we asked for a late checkout (til 15:00) and payed for it, we also asked that the service will clean our room, unfortunately when we came back from the park at 13:00 we found that our keys were deactivated (they called security to open the door) and the room was not cleaned (they left freash towels next to the door) .

5. If one receives enough tips ahead of time I believe it could be a good stay but unfortunately I do not believe one should have to obtain a guidebook to be able to enjoy their stay, especially at a Hilton.

8. Because of this, we felt like we could hear more noise from the unit over, (a family with a small child)which was pretty unfortunate when we wanted to sleep in late after checking into the resort at 3AM.
