1. Only downside was the lift for our top floor apartment broke for a few days but they had someone waiting at the bottom to give out free water and candy for the kids for the inconvienence.

9. The only slight downsides were the room could have been a bit cleaner and a rental car is probably advisable for families doing the Disney thing, as the shuttle is costly and only runs a couple of times a day.
