3. My only 2 gripes are: 1) the concierge didn't know much the 3 times we asked about theme parks and dinner recommendations - the 2 people there were either clueless or forced certain restaurants on us - it was obvious they were more interested in getting a "commission" for sending business their way instead of listening to what we were looking for, though the hotel manager was very helpful, even printing out directions for us; and 2) the location of our room, which was about 5 buildings away from the lobby and main pool area - if we needed to go to the little store, or talk to the concierge, we had to get in the car and drive over (which is no biggie if you don't have a kid, but is a bit of a hassle if you have a toddler who doesn't like to get strapped into her carseat).
