1. sadly, I guess some people go on vacation prefer to be left alone :-(Mind you, I was visiting Florida at a time where back home was expereincing an unheard of 5.

3. On the day of our checkout we told all of this to the frontdesk manager, and sadly she didn't even look surprised at any of our comments, she was not even upset by the dirty rooms.

5. We didn't make use of the pool and the onsite Bar/Restaurant was sadly disappointing.
