1. One small downfall was the internet connection in the room was not working during our 3 day stay and even though my husband spent some time talking on phone to tech support, it did not get fixed.

4. The only downfall of Southwest was that we were always category 'B' to fly being that people who went on the internet received all the 'A' boarding.
