1. Our issue was with the room service that walked in on me when I was in the bathroom (and you can see right into the bathroom if the door is ajar).

2. One other (major?) issue was Tuesday when we came back from the parks, our keys wouldn't work in the room door, but we found that just pushing down the handle opened the door.

6. We should have been asked whether or not we cared about the loud noise and have the issue be handled properly by maybe relocating our room to another building or location.

7. Main pool was really nice and offered games and activities and was always busy but we never had an issue getting a chair at anytime of the day or evening.
