1. I had made 3 enquires as to wether it had been found and the last time the woman I spoke to was quite rude , Shauna on the desk was lovely and tried her best for us and the rest of the staff had been good , shame that one had to spoil it .

Luckily we spent very very little time in the room for the rest of our stay and avoided the noise (a woman gets on a megaphone for a few hours in the early afternoon in the pool area, note: this will cause a headache), and avoided the rude employees racing around on golf carts throughout the parking lots.
