2. My advice, if you want a quiet location, request a corner room on the sixth floor of building 9 or 10 and if you do get rowdy neighbors, call security right away.

3. I don't know if it's our bad luck or not - but, whenever we travel, we always manage to be placed next to noisy, rowdy travelers - hence, the specific request for a quiet location.
