1. Hassling the staff because you don't have any place to put your toothbrush is not only ridiculous, it's rude.

10. We pre-paid our entire stay then when we checked out the added on $100?? No one could explain this AND each person came up with different totals???? I've attached a pic of the wonderful service we received from the rude staff.
