1. Several visits from maintenance didn't solve the problem (I can deal with dirty walls and an uncomfortable bed, but A/C in New Orleans is kind of a necessity).

3. One major problem of this hotel is that there is no wifi in the rooms, just in the lobby, and there isn't that much space in the lobby to use the wifi, especially if you're in New Orleans for a conference and so is everyone else that week.

7. We stood outside baffled of what that was about, realizing that the occurrence is a problem between the hotel and their supplier, not between us and the hotel.

8. The ceilings are only about 7 feet high where we stayed on the fourth floor, which might present a problem for very tall patrons.

9. Doors didn't seem secure, multiple key problems, housekeeping service was terrible, elevators out for multiple days, no hot water.
