6. One could naturally guess that our room wasnt the only one in substandard condition but guessing wasnt an option as I heard many many guests complaining at the front desk which was almost unapologetic on the whole.

8. When we checked in we were given a room with a king bed, we complained to reception and were told they hadn't saved us a twin, we eventually were given the key to a room on the ground floor with 2 beds.
