7. It has been 3 years since katrina so using that as an excuse for everything wrong with this hotel is unacceptable and I am seriously considering contacting the dept of health regarding the pests,rodents and the black mold in the rooms which I know is a jeopardy to the health of their guests.

9. We were finally given a SLIGHT discount and after demanding to speak to the manager (she had her desk help do all the work for her), she said that she was very much aware of the rodent problem.
