2. with black mold growing on the Ceiling, Spider webs hanging down about 5ft from the ceiling over the bed with LOTS of live spiders crawling all over the webs, then my husband pulled back the bedspread that looked like something that was 20 yrs old and picked up out of the trash pile, he found 'BED BUGS''''''' they were on the sheets and under the sheets and everywhere.

3. I had to asked to have my room changed due to mold growing on the ceiling of the shower and this room actually had NO WINDOWS.

5. Upon walking in carpet had not been vacuumed, old nasty cigarette butt behind nightstand, beer bottle cap still left behind desk, bathroom we were not sure if old or just downright dirty and mold growing in corners of the shower(helpful hint to housekeeping, bleach spray in a bottle) nasty dust along edge of carpet and baseboards, bathroom etc.

6. It has been 3 years since katrina so using that as an excuse for everything wrong with this hotel is unacceptable and I am seriously considering contacting the dept of health regarding the pests,rodents and the black mold in the rooms which I know is a jeopardy to the health of their guests.
