5. The worst thing of the entire trip is that the hotel's parking garage begins one floor above the lobby and takes up the second through seventh floors.

6. The worst for me and my friends were when we requested another iron, the housekeeper which was a male who delivered the iron barged into our room without even asking to come in to swap out the irons.
