1. Ask for a protective sleeve for your room keys and keep them separate from everything else to avoid this really irritating occurrence The in house restaurant, the Checkered Parrot is to be avoided at all costs for dining.

6. My biggest complaint about this hotel, and reason I will avoid going back to it, is the day we were going to check out by 11AM someone came by and knocked on the door at 9AM to remind us to get out of there by 11AM.
