6. I was told by a friend that is a manager at a different Holiday Inn that I should contact guest relations and then the hotel is forced to address the issue and will be under review, This way they will question the manager since our complaint is legit and our issues should be resolved.

8. And we also ran into the same issue that so many others seemed to have, no maid services for the first two days of our five day trip.

9. Just how much time does one spend in their hotel room while in New Orleans, anyway? HOWEVER, when we booked for our most previous vacation to NOLA, an unexpected conflict arose and the hotel refused to issue a refund OR a credit.
