1. My husband said he went down to the concierge's desk to book our tour for the next morning and there it was he saw all he needed to see, frontdesk agents dancing and talking very loud about what they did on last evenningt.

8. We were up on floor 17 and, even there, the loud street brass bands can be heard until 10 PM (which seemed to be the noise cutoff).

9. The fitness center is a joke as well - two treadmills (the one I used was so loud it was distracting to use it), two stationary bikes, and a row of free weights without a weight bench or even any space to use them really.
