1. The staff is also very kind but does this help when you're simply checking in? The internet access is very poor: Streaming a youtube video or even an online radio program is impossible as the internet connection breaks up continuously.

2. To say I would never stay at this hotel again is the understatement of my life, the owner and staff should feel embarrassed to put out such a poor product, and it amazes me it is allowed to carry the Holiday Inn name.

3. On top of the poor hotel, their system double booked me, and the hotel management literally did nothing to try and help me after explaining there was no way I booked two rooms just for myself, and showing proof of my confirm which showed only one room booked.

9. The room seemed marginally clean, probably because the slightly musty smell, the poor lighting and the outdated decor made me suspect it was not clean.
