Cons: As some other reviewers commented, we did have to wait for several elevator cars passed before their was finally room for us (although it was Memorial Day weekend and the entire hotel was booked), the housekeeping staff said they didn't have enough towels, AC in hallways, stairwells, and elevators was intermittent, for us (we just shared), only one tiny trash can, and no fridge or microwave.
