2. This Hotel amd its staff are nice, but this Hotel in incredibly inconvenient for the following reasons: -Painfully slow Internet access (albeit free)-Elevators take forever.

3. They wouldn't compensate us for anything because they didn't view the situation as an inconvenience and would only speak to my friend since the credit card was in her name under our room, even though I was listed on the room, made the initial complaint, and was the one that got burned.

7. We had to wear wristbands to get into the hotel, which seemed like it may be an inconvenience, but as the nights wore on, it began to feel more like we were VIP guests.
