4. Holiday Inn in general has lost its standard of excellence long ago and though they are trying to step it up in various other locations this location is lacking greatly on the following: cleanliness, quality, affordability, and staff attentiveness.

6. We reported our lack of towels and the fact that the maid skipped some steps, and they brought us some towels.
