1. Big big plus the hotel was with in walking distance of Bourbon Street, Water walk the Casino and the French Market, but far enough away not to be disturbed by constant noise, it was clean, room always smelled fresh, the carpet was slightly dingy.

3. People smoked in the lobby (that may not be an issue for lots of people, but when I walked in, it almost smelled like one of the bars on Bourbon St.

5. The elevator didn't work (we were on the 5th floor), no working ice machines on ANY floor, room smelled like mildew, no smoke detector just a wire hanging out of the ceiling.
