He explained that the owners split with Holiday Inn to
avoid
the franchise fees and would be making renovations in the future with the intent of selling the property to Holiday Inn.

I should of left a small tip day one to the room cleaning lady to 'maybe'
avoid
some of this but taking our towels/not making our bed made me not do it at all.

The location was great as it was close enough to walk to anywhere you would want to go, but far enough out of the quarter to

the madness - also close to streetcar and bus routes.
