2. Housekeeping did pick up your dirty towels but you had to go to the front desk and get clean ones after they were washed and you had to get there as soon as they came out of the dryer or you might not get one.

3. I arrived at the Historic Cotton Exchange ready to take a shower and get to a much anticipated concert, well the 1st room I was in, was dirty, and I asked to be moved to a different room.

4. dirty sheets, dirty room, lamps don't work, phone missing buttons, no breakfast as advertised, ice machines don't work, very small rooms, desk help does not help but do have a hell of an attitude.
