1. I went to call the front desk and to my horror there was a giant disgusting TOENAIL strategically placed on the dial pad of the phone.

Old saggy mattress- these were changed for new ones the day before I left, but the old disgusting stained mattresses were still in the corridors at the end of the day and I had to wade through dirty sheets and discarded plastic covers to get to my roomDespite the excellent location it just isnt worth it.
