Room-specific: no alarm clock (although they're listed as having them on their up-to-date website), bathroom light kept randomly going out, no lampshade on one light, loose wall socket near bed caused the other lamp to go out, burned out light bulbs, broken towel rack, A/C unit was leaking (we couldn't use one bed because the floor on one side was sopping wet), and black mold in the closet (which shared a wall with the A/C unit).
