1. It was very quiet and one will truly appreciate the quiet after taking in a rowdy night on Bourbon Street.

2. it's just hard to keep properties super nice with the humidity (wallpaper likes to peel) and rowdy clientele that are inevitable this close to the bars.

3. Even though the hotel is only a half block from the rowdy raucous Bourbon Street the 4th floor room with small balcony overlooking the central courtyard and pool provided a serene respite whenever I wanted to take a break from the noise.

4. Of course, with every hotel located on Bourbon, you can expect rowdy people coming back to their rooms at early in the morning and staying awake for about an hour or so, doing other activities.
