1. Beds were hard and it was really hard trying to get a blanket, doesnt seem to be many in the hotel.

2. Marie was perfect for my stay: the price was excellent and the location was central to the French Quarter, yet my room was quiet, which -- as I know because I am required to stay in this area frequently for work -- is a quality that is very hard to find.

3. Only one very slow elevator and no stairways nearby, is there no Fire Code in Louisiana? A Shower that will not drain, lightbulbs out in the room, beds that are rock hard and pillows that stink.

6. You can hardly call it continental - no cereal, no yoghurt, no cheese, no meat, no bread (unless you include the croissants).

7. had to climb 19 stairs to get to their room, it's a little hard when intoxicated after a night on Bourbon St ; ).

8. I believe the bed was from the 70's just based on the poor decor of this place and the mattress may have been from before then as hard as hard as it was and springs poking in our backs.

10. it's just hard to keep properties super nice with the humidity (wallpaper likes to peel) and rowdy clientele that are inevitable this close to the bars.
