1. As for a few items which can be improved upon, the TVs are rather dated in the flat screen world, the carpets could be replaced, the mattresses could be updated and if there is a way the doors could be configured to close less loudly by either the tipsy or ignorant guests it would eliminate being awakened in the middle of the night.

6. First time ever writing a review of a place and I haven't even stayed at this hotel yet (entered a fake vacation date so i could submit this review), but have found the staff to be very friendly and beyond accommodating over the phone and with my reservation.
