1. The location can't be beat, just off of Bourbon, but far enough to avoid the major noises.

3. This hotel is corporate owned and there are several others under their management; we will avoid all of them if the St Marie is any indication of how their properties are being treated.

9. avoid the rooms in the annex, the one I was first offered had no windows and you have to go through their parking garage to get to it.

10. Not judging at all, since one expects rowdiness in NOLA, but again, if traveling with a business group, you might want to avoid that particular section of Bourbon.
