9. It's a nice, old, charming hotel, but I have to agree with most of the recent reviews - it is not cheap, the rooms are terribly small, they charge for internet access ($10 a day), and it can be noisy.

I thought I'd give this place a try, it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel, well, it's 4 star as far as the elegance of the building goes, the elevators are extremely fast, and the rooftop heated pool is nice but the rooms are terribly small and it's not worth the price in my opinion, or the headache they give you over trivial issues.
