For $69 more than a substandard Fairfield Inn in some dumpy town you can have a beautiful suite with a full living room and bedroom, 2 huge TVs, a mini fridge, great room service, excellent location and a wonderful staff ( the bed could be a bit more firm, but that's all I can pull out of my butt to 'complain' about LOL).

6. Hate to complain, but must because hotel didn't respond, sent some clothes to be laundered, pants came back unwashed/drycleaned but pressed, still had the Bourbon bar smell, somebody took a shortcut.
