1. The negatives were that I consistently found the staff to be less than friendly & helpful, both on the phone prior to our trip & in person.

3. The ONLY negative things that have ever happened throughout five visits is once there was a 'less than quick' bartender on the pooltop bar and once we had to change rooms two times on the same visit (smell of smoke and one of the rooms was not cleaned properly).

4. My reviews look at the establishment as a whole - not whether or not I've ever had one negative situation with a member of the staff (which I have not) and there is just not one bad thing I can say about Hotel Monteleone.
