1. It really bothered my kids but once in the room after a minute I didn't smell it anymore.

5. The ONLY negative things that have ever happened throughout five visits is once there was a 'less than quick' bartender on the pooltop bar and once we had to change rooms two times on the same visit (smell of smoke and one of the rooms was not cleaned properly).

6. Hate to complain, but must because hotel didn't respond, sent some clothes to be laundered, pants came back unwashed/drycleaned but pressed, still had the Bourbon bar smell, somebody took a shortcut.

9. One problem with NO in general is that when it gets humid (which it was for part of the stay) the rooms start smelling musty.

10. I don't know what they were smelling, but we stayed here at the same time and did not detect any fragrance but heavenly aromas.
