1. You are close enough to anything you might want to do while also having the ability to avoid the noise and chaos of Bourbon street when you want.

2. It's location is perfect--close to the action on Bourbon Street, but set a block away so you can avoid a lot of the noise and insanity when you're ready to head home for the night.

3. The location is on Royal Street which is one back from Bourbon so you can avoid this completely if you want to.

I was very impressed that my concern was taken seriously because in the past in other hotels they showed no concern at all, so because of that I usually avoid any hotel that accepts pets but because of the good reviews I decided to put my faith in the hotel and was rewarded by enjoying our stay in a wonderful hotel with a great staff.

8. If you are there for the weekend, I would request and interior room, our traveling companions had one, and you may avoid this one drawback, they did.

10. One tip for your trip: no need to rent a car as a taxi from the airport (standard fee) is cheaper and faster than an airport shuttle, and since you can walk easily walk to everything, you also avoid the hotel parking fee.
