The front desk staff/valets are very sweet and chatty with prompt service, in fact there are two people Nate and an older gentleman ( I unfortunately did not catch his name) who were my favorite people to talk to, they gave me insider advice and prompt service as well as helping me out when I needed some emergency assistance.

4. The noise unfortunately from Bourbon Street is like a boom box-not loud but can feel it viberating in the early am hours -it will wake you up.

5. On a recent trip to New Orleans, unfortunately timed with Hurricane Ivans arrival, the staff of the Prince Conti Hotel in the French Quarter did all that they could possibly do to ensure our safety and to reassure us.
